The Pythian Home Retirement Center offers a choice of spacious studio, one or two bedroom apartments, complete with a kitchen and bath in each apartment. Most upper level apartments contain private balconies. There are two elevators on each floor, two laundry facilities on each floor, and small pets are allowed (with a minimal pet deposit). Packages include the noon meal for one person.

Apartment sizes and the cost of each apartment are as follows:
Studio 400 sq. ft. Subsidized
Small 1 Bedroom 580 sq. ft. $1045 per month
Medium 1 Bedroom 625 sq. ft. $1125 per month
1 Bedroom 772 sq. ft. $1215 per month
2 Bedroom 970 sq. ft. $1275 per month
- All "studio" apartments are HUD subsidized and monthly rent is dependent upon individual income.
- All rates include a mandatory meal program which includes the noon meal and incurs a charge of $225 per month.
- A continental breakfast and light supper are available at a minimal charge, and guests may also pay for any of the meals available to residents.
- Security deposits vary according to apartment type.
